Fraisier is a sponge cake with a vanilla mousse cream and strawberries. Similar to a Strawberry shortcake.

4” serves 2 or just 1 pers!

6” serves 4-6 pers.

8” serves 8-10 pers.

9X10.5 sheet cake serves 12-16 pers.
