Chef Shiki was born in France and cooking is a family affair. Half-Japanese, half-French, she took the best from both cuisines with a passion for French pastry. After owning a tea salon in the South of France, she decided to open her French coffee shop in Carlsbad, CA where she delights her customers with Parisian macarons, Croissants, Madeleines, Tarte Tatin, Chocolate fondant, and her famous lemon meringue pie.
Now she opened a store in Encinitas.
