Classes are done after 2:30 pm on weekdays, anytime on Mondays, and we have some availability on Saturdays.

You will discover with Chef Shiki how to create the most popular French pastries.
During this class, Shiki will guide you step-by-step on how to make a Little French Cakes. You learn how to make Madeleines, Chouquettes, and Chocolate fondant.
A large variety of french cakes really fun to make for a birthday party. ENTERTAIN, LEARN, ENJOY!
We will bring all ingredients, aprons, utensils. Some recipe required a stand mixer.

Min of 2 persons per class. From 7 years old to adults.
